Terms & Conditions

By booking a course with Laura Louise Beauty and Training, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions;

1. Bookings and Payments

   A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

   The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the training course.

   Payments can be made by debit/credit card, cash or Klarna.

2. Cancelations and refunds

   All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

   If you cancel within 14 days of the course start date, no refunds will be issued.

   If we need to cancel or reschedule a course. you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

3. Attendance

   Students must attend the course on time. Late arrivals may miss essential training and this may affect your ability to pass.

   Failure to attend without notice will result in your course being forfeited with no refund.

4. Course requirements

   Some courses may require previous qualifications or experience, proof may be requested.

   Students must be 18 years or older to attend training.

   You may be required to work on live models (arrangements for this will be confirmed before the course).

5. Certification

   Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course and case studies to demonstrate competence.

   Attendance alone does not guarantee certification.

6. Liability & Insurance

   We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings during training.

   It is the students responsibility to arrange their own insurance before offering treatments to the public after training.

7. Code of conduct

   Respectful behaviour towards staff and fellow students is expected at all times.

   Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

8. Updates to terms

   Laura Louise Beauty and Training reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
